Jerry Zhang Chairman/CEO
Mr. Zhang is a successful entrepreneur in the U.S. and China. After purchasing the company in 1990, Mr. Zhang re-built and re-shaped what is now Nostalgia Home Fashions, Inc., in the U.S. and built Nostalgia's own manufacturing facilities in China from the ground up. Mr. Zhang holds a BA from Shandong University and an MBA from the University of Montana. Mr Zhang attended advanced management programs at Harvard University, and was the awarded The Outstanding Entrepreneurship Award in 2005 by the State Council of China, Overseas Chinese office.
Dave Lueder President/COO
Mr. Lueder brings over 20 years of extensive sales, marketing, strategic planning, and product development management experience ranging across many key home textile categories. He has worked closely with several of the industries foremost brands, while partnering with retailers in all channels of distribution to create several exclusive, private label brands. He earned his BA from the University of St. Francis and is an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Bernie Klos Vice President/CFO
Mr. Klos is responsible for all areas of finance and administration including HR, warehousing, logistics, and IT. Mr. Klos has extensive experience in manufacturing, distribution and service aspects of consumer products. He earned his BA from University of Illinois - Chicago, and his MBA from De Paul University. He is a certified public accountant (Illinois).
Peiyi Rong Vice President - International Operations
Mr. Rong has 15 years of experience in international business. He holds a BA from the University of International Business & Economics, Beijing and an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Stuart School of Business.
Greg Williams Vice President Sales & Business Development
Mr. Williams has 20 years of sales experience in the home textile industry with Fieldcrest Cannon Inc. and Pillowtex Corporation, having held various sales management positions with both companies. Most recently, he was VP of Sales for a software development firm. He holds a BA from Wittenberg University.
Evan Melnick VP, Merchandising & Product Management
Mr. Melnick has more than 16 years of experience in the home textiles industry in various management roles including Sales, Product, Brand, Marketing, Merchandising, and Sourcing. His previous company experience includes Crown Crafts, F. Schumacher and Co., and Trade Am International. Mr. Melnick holds BA in English from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State University.
